THE ROLE  

We’re looking for a strong communicator with a creative ability to bring products to life for customers.  You will collaborate across the organization to support end-to-end product messaging, understanding the competitive landscape, articulating our key value propositions to customers and prospects alike, and drive engagement and adoption of our products across the customer experience journey.   

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Support the product marketing discipline at Ncontracts and partner with our marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to drive competitive intelligence, market research, and voice of customer projects forward 
  • Be the voice of the customer and an expert in our products, understanding how the needs of Ncontracts customers impact our product roadmap, messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and sales collateral 
  • Define and own how we bring new products to market including market research, positioning and messaging, competitive intelligence, and pricing and packaging. 
  • Dig deep into our data to analyze and report cross-functionally about our persona research, win/loss analysis, competitive analysis, and broad market/customer research. 
  • Help create internal collateral that will help other teams in the company to better understand our products, audience, competition, and market  

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 3 years of product marketing or marketing research experience in a B2B SaaS environment with experience in market-facing role (e.g. presenting to customers, conducting competitor analysis) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, whether it be for internal collaboration or market facing. 
  • You’re an analytical thinker with an ability to combine qualitative and quantitative data to tell a story. 
  • Great listening skills with a passion for serving and understanding customers. 
  • You arrive with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams. 
  • Walk fast—we move fast, and we don’t have all the processes developed—so be agile, be able to pivot and be flexible in your approach. 
  • BA/BS degree in business or related field

Compensation Information

Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $80,000 to $95,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
