The Content Team is a collaborative team of passionate financial industry professionals dedicated to sharing expertise and influencing product development. We deliver best-in-class, trustworthy content and solutions, empowering clients to make informed decisions, manage risk, limit consumer harm, and serve their communities.

  

THE ROLE  

Ncontracts provides excellent compliance and risk support to thousands of financial institutions through its various risk and compliance solutions. This role will be responsible for creating, updating, and reviewing compliance-related risk, policy, and audit content within Ncontracts’ solutions.

YOU WILL 

  • Create and deliver comprehensive, relevant, and accurate compliance-related content to our customers in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain institution-wide compliance-related policies
  • Create, maintain and update compliance-related risk assessments
  • Create, maintain and update compliance-related audits/reviews
  • Identify industry developments to keep apprised of emerging and changing risks to proactively update existing compliance-related content
  • Peer review work from other subject matter experts
  • Proactively communicate with other team members and company experts

YOU BRING

  • Compliance experience developed at a financial institution
  • Strong compliance and regulatory knowledge
  • Experience with creating or updating risk assessments and policies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Thoughtful prioritization, organization, initiative and time management
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong research and documentation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

BONUS POINTS

  • Certification(s) in compliance-related topics (e.g. CRCM)
  • Experience with using Ncontracts’ software

  • This position may require travel to speak and represent Ncontracts at industry events, meet with team members, and attend training.

Compensation Information

Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $70,000 to $90,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
