JOB DESCRIPTION 

Summary/Objective 

The Associate Solutions Consultant (Associate - SC) provides demonstrations of particular solutions in the sales process to facilitate subscription sales of the Company’s solutions. This role focuses on delivering expertise in the particular solution to explain how the software will meet and/or exceed the client’s expectations.    

Associate SCs are expected to be a positive influence for the company and support the Ncontracts culture of being Hungry, Humble and Smart. 

Key Characteristics 

  • Mastery of the particular solution that they are responsible to demonstrate 
  • Coachable and eager to apply feedback. 
  • Works effectively to directly support prospective clients and grow subscription revenue 

Essential Functions 

  • Deliver demonstrations for all third-party risk-related solutions with consistency and proficiency as defined in the Solution Consultant team procedures.  
    • Conduct pre-demo tasks 
    • Customize demo environments to align with client-specific requirements 
    • Independently conduct demos of third-party risk solutions for account executives and prospects to further the sales process 
    • Present solutions in a clear, compelling manner that highlights their benefits and addresses client needs  
    • Gathering and incorporating feedback from demos to refine and improve future presentations 
    • Conduct post-demo tasks 
  • Strive to learn all products and the reasons why X clients buy these products  
  • Maintain demonstration databases by updating relevant features and configurations. 
  • Participate in training sessions to gain expertise in why clients buy these solutions, which includes learning about operational risk management in the financial sector. 
  • Being a good team member and supporting other Solution Consultant team members to help drive the success of the Solution Consultant Team (Work Together - Humble). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Learning and retaining the value of solutions, including features and functionality, to communicate effectively and align solutions with client needs

    • Seeking innovative ways to complete tasks or processes when specific functionalities are unavailable, showcasing creativity and resourcefulness

Requirements 

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in providing demonstrations as part of the sales process. 
  • Understanding of third-party risk management principles. 
  • Proficient communication skills with a willingness to learn and adapt. 
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks during training and demo preparation.

Compensation Information

Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $70,000 to $80,000 per year plus a variable commission plan.
