We are looking for a Product Manager to play a vital role leading one of our squads and contribute to our success by building exceptional products our customers love.

THE ROLE

As a Product Manager on our platform team here at Ncontracts, you will get the chance to lead innovative and transformative initiatives, delighting our customers and growing the business. For the platform capabilities you own, you will ensure our customers are delighted by the products you put in front of them through flawless execution. You will play a vital role in leading your squad on their journey to building these capabilities, and we want your unique perspective to create the solutions that advance our business—and your career.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Relentlessly Prioritizing product capabilities based on market trends and customer needs to meet the requirements of more than 4,000 customers. With a business growing as fast as we are, there is no lack of opportunities to pursue every day. What you decide to put in front of the teams to deliver is vitally important to our success.
Collaborating with customers, potential customers, and internal stakeholders to identify and recommend the right solution at the right time considering our strategic direction, your research and knowledge of our capabilities.
Delivery & Success of the initiatives you lead, tasked with overseeing work to get it across the finish line, then measuring success and learning from decisions made.
Assist in GTM Activities so that our customers who rely on Ncontracts as a key part of their business process understand the value of our products and services. Communicating new features and product improvements, both internally and externally, will improve adoption and overall customer delight.
Learning from your fellow product team members and mentors within the organization with a thirst for knowledge to grow your career as a product manager. Educating others about the platform and its capabilities, both internal teams and customers, to contribute to the overall success of the portfolio.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with development teams, internal stakeholders, and customers to prioritize, document, and direct the delivery of new features and enhancements. You are:

Analytical: Possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy and enjoy leveraging data to make decisions.
A Negotiator: Able to build strong relationships and achieve compromise with cross-functional teams to move towards a clear objective and outcome

YOU BRING

A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, UX design or related discipline; MBA preferred
3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS company, is required
Prior experience with platforms, integrations, or APIs is preferred
Experience working in an agile software development environment is strongly preferred
Experience in the financial services technology ("FinTech") or Regulatory (“RegTech”) industry is preferred
Working knowledge of common statistical and analytical techniques as part of commercially available data analysis solutions is highly desirable
Experience with one or more product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude or Adobe Analytics is preferred

Compensation Information

Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
