Join us in our mission to make the financial industry stronger and more resilient, while advancing your career in a supportive, dynamic environment that values your unique skills and perspectives.

THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Product Manager to help drive execution and delivery for products within our Lending Compliance solutions, supporting more than 5,000 financial institutions navigating an increasingly complex regulatory environment.

This role exists because lending compliance teams need more than software - they need intelligent, intuitive solutions that reduce operational burden while strengthening compliance outcomes. As a Product Manager, you’ll work closely with Engineering and cross-functional partners to translate real customer problems into high-quality product experiences that customers trust and rely on.

As we continue evolving our lending compliance portfolio toward a more integrated, AI-enabled platform, you’ll contribute to shaping how we build - helping turn product direction into clear requirements, shipped functionality, and meaningful customer adoption.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role, focused primarily on core product management execution (70%), with meaningful exposure to go-to-market and customer enablement activities (30%). You’ll report to the Director of Product Management for Lending Compliance and play a key role in helping your squad deliver outcomes that matter.

YOU WILL

Core Responsibilities

Product Discovery & Definition (70%)

  • Lead customer discovery through interviews and data analysis to deeply understand compliance workflows, pain points, and unmet needs
  • Own product deliverable and backlog for your product area, making prioritization decisions that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact
  • Write comprehensive scoping and positioning documents, PRDs and product specifications that give Engineering clear context on the problem, success criteria, and requirements
  • Create detailed acceptance criteria, and mockups/wireframes using AI prototyping tools (Replit)
  • Partner closely with Engineering throughout development - clarifying requirements, making trade-off decisions, reviewing implementations, and ensuring quality
  • Drive product decisions for AI-powered capabilities within your domain, determining how we leverage intelligence to improve customer outcomes
  • Define success metrics for features and track adoption, usage, and customer outcomes post-launch

Go-to-Market Partnership & Enablement (30%)

  • Collaborate with Director of Product Operations on launch planning and cross-functional coordination
  • Play a key role in GTM activities: craft positioning and messaging, create sales enablement materials, assist in the development of customer communications
  • Work closely with Sales to support enterprise deals, gather competitive intelligence, and understand customer objections
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive feature adoption, gather feedback, and identify expansion opportunities
  • Write customer-facing documentation including release notes
  • Present product updates and demos to internal stakeholders and customers
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring product decisions reflect real-world needs
