THE ROLE  

We’re looking for a strong communicator with industry experience to be the voice of the customer for the product marketing discipline.  You will collaborate across the organization to support end-to-end product messaging, understanding the competitive landscape, articulating the customer point of view internally, and drive engagement and adoption of our products across the customer journey.   
 

YOU WILL

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, account management teams to continually gather and analyze customer and competitive trends to support the development of value propositions across customer verticals. 

  • Support marketing and sales enablement activities as subject matter expert, value proposition evangelist and through development of assets/tools that support the selling process. 

  • Be the voice of the customer and market intelligence resource to share how current and future Ncontracts customers’ needs impact our product roadmap prioritization, messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and collateral. 

  • Serve as the primary liaison to product launch and customer success teams and work with sales and marketing to ensure understanding of the industry and our customers across the business. 

  • Participate in key customer interactions including partnership events, Ncontracts user conference, and other strategic customer/prospect interactions. 

  • Think big about the future of risk and compliance and how you can accelerate adoption of our products by our customers through competitive intelligence, market research, win/loss analysis, and persona development. 

YOU BRING

  • 3 years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment with experience in market-facing role (e.g. presenting to customers, conducting competitor analysis) 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills whether it be for internal collaboration or market facing. 

  • You’re an analytical thinker with an ability to combine qualitative and quantitative data to tell a story. 

  • Great listening skills with a passion for serving and understanding customers. 

  • You arrive with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams. 

  • Walk fast—we move fast, and we don’t have all the processes developed—so be agile, be able to pivot and be flexible in your approach. 

  • BA/BS degree in business or related field

Compensation Information

Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
