THE ROLE 

Reporting to SVP, Partnerships & Industry Outreach, we are looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to support the execution of partner programs and marketing initiatives across our association, referral, and industry channels. 

The Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for organizing and maintaining partner assets, tracking metrics, and coordinating day-to-day activities that increase our company’s visibility with financial institutions and associations. This role works directly within the SVP and collaborates with Growth Marketing to deliver partner campaigns and ensure alignment across stakeholders. 

YOU WILL 

  • Maintain and update partner content, profiles, and creative assets across multiple platforms.  
  • Bring a can-do attitude and investigative approach to tasks and assignments. 
  • Track and report on partner campaign performance, coordinating with Marketing and Sales for fulfillment. 
  • Organize internal records, workflows, and documentation to support partnership initiatives. 
  • Assist in coordinating partner-facing activities such as webinars, articles, e-blasts, and advertising placements. 
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for existing partnerships. 
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure visibility of active campaigns across sales territories. 
  • Work with SVP to identify new partnership relationships and channels to expand the referral network.

YOU BRING (Qualifications) 

  • We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Comfort with CRM and marketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. 
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a dynamic partnership/marketing environment. 
  • Bring experience with CSM and project management interfaces. 

BONUS POINTS (Preferred Qualifications) 

  • Experience with partner marketing, business development support, or association engagement. 
  • Experience with creative asset management and campaign tracking tools 
  • 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry space.

Compensation Information

Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $75,000 to $90,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
