THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR professional to join our team in a hybrid role that combines talent acquisition with HR generalist responsibilities. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruiting but also enjoys contributing to broader HR initiatives.
The Talent Partner will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while also supporting HR team projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-centric professional who can balance recruitment demands with HR support to enhance the overall employee experience.
YOU WILL
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus depending on volume)
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and making offers to candidates for various roles within the company.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Manage summer intern programs in full scope from attending career fairs, to selection and evaluation.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain a strong employer brand.
Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
HR Generalist Responsibilities (Secondary Focus)
Support key HR projects and initiatives such as program design, system implementation (testing and training), and process improvements.
Assist with HR compliance efforts, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring adherence to employment laws and policies.
Conduct annual audit of job descriptions.
Build rapport with leadership, seeking to understand talent needs to inform workforce plans.
Create leadership training to ensure the hiring manager and interview team have an understanding of recruitment best practices and legal compliance requirements.
YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role with direct recruitment responsibilities.
2+ years of experience supporting HR projects in a generalist capacity.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, HR policies, and employment laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Compensation Information
Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
